Opheo Solutions becomes part of the Solvares Group and joins Growth Path

Hamburg / Heikendorf, 14.12.2021 – Opheo Solutions GmbH, a leading provider of innovative Software Solutions for Truck Dispatching and Transport Management, is joining the Solvares Group, the European Market Leader for Intelligent Resource Optimization in Sales, Field Service and Transport Logistics. Previously, the Hamburg-based company was part of initions AG for 20 years, which, following the sale of the OPHEO business, now concentrates entirely on its Business Intelligence services. With its 50 employees, Opheo Solutions is the fourth company in the Solvares Group, which already includes FLS GmbH, impactit GmbH and Städtler Logistik.

Joining Solvares, which serves customers in 29 countries from 8 locations, opens up the opportunity for Opheo to increase both its visibility in the market and its sales power, while gaining access to new international markets. In addition, the Hamburg-based company benefits from the Technical Expertise of its sister companies, for example in the SaaS Cloud Sector. For its part, the Solvares Group continues to expand its position as the European Champion for Resource Optimization: With the acquisition of Opheo Solutions, the Group is expanding its portfolio to include solutions for truck dispatching and route optimisation in the transport sector and is continuing its strategic growth course.
