Customer success management

With customer success management, we offer our customers an additional service with which they can tap into additional potential benefits with OPHEO.

How do we do this? Our CSM experts analyze your current OPHEO usage, exchange information with you on a regular basis and identify important optimization opportunities. For all OPHEO customers, the basic services of customer success management are already included in the annual Software Maintenance Contracts included.

In addition, further services such as training and workshops can be implemented by our CSM staff. And even if expansion projects are pending, they are competently supported by our customer success management.
